1-2-1 Free Initial introductory call

Before commencing with any coaching session, it is important that you feel comfortable and at ease with the process and that you have a very good understanding of what coaching involves.  I offer a free 30 minute introductory session which allows you time to get to know me and ask any questions that you may have.  It also allows me to get to know you a little more so that the future sessions are planned bespoke for you.

Introductory calls are made via telephone or Zoom online meetings (a simple link will be sent to you to click at the time of the meeting)

1-2-1 Coaching packages

a) Finding some solid ground

Includes 3 x 90 minute 1-2-1 coaching sessions and follow up email support in between sessions. Designed to bring stillness, clarity and solid ground into your life. Perfect if you feel that life is rushing by and you just want to find some space and peace in all the chaos.


b) Awaken to life

Includes 6 x 90 minute 1-2-1 coaching session and follow up email support in between sessions. We take a clear, honest look at your life, exploring what it is that makes you feel awake, alive and vital, we look at where you are going and where you want to go in this journey of life as well as discovering how you can fall in love again with life and this beautiful present moment. Together we put an action plan together to make the life that you want turn into a reality, awakening to life as you were born to. Includes access to invitation only day retreats and workshops at a discounted rate.


c) 12 month, discovery and transformation including mindfulness meditation retreats.

The most comprehensive and transformative package. Includes 2 x 2 day retreats held at a stunning location in the midlands and 10 x 1-2-1 coaching sessions with follow up email support.  We start the 12 month journey with a 2 day non residential retreat to aid stillness, clarity and to start the work of uncovering your inner joy and contentment amongst other like minded people. This is then followed up with 10 x 1-2-1 coaching sessions where we unpack and discover your best self, and really hone in on what it is you want from life and together we take the steps towards this transformation.  At the end of the 12 months we come together again as a group for a closing 2 day non residential retreat to celebrate the year together as a group.

5-week Mindfulness course, Tuesday evenings 19.00 -20:30, September 30th, October 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th

This 5-week programme will take you on a journey into the wonderful world of mindfulness and meditation, exploring what it means to live a mindful life.  Over the 5 weeks we will build together the solid foundations that will help and support you to bring this practice into your life.  The course aims to assist you to

  • Find a greater contentment in life
  • Discover true self compassion and compassion for others
  • Have a greater awareness of the patterns of the mind
  • To find a deep sense of peace, stillness and contentment regardless of outside circumstances
  • To find clarity in life and increased well-being.
  • Reconnect with nature and our own original nature

The sessions last for 1.5hours in the beautiful Roundhouse at Whistle wood common and will include teachings, talks and guided meditations and plenty of time for discussion and reflection in a safe, supportive, confidential and friendly atmosphere.  In order to create this atmosphere and group support, this is a small group course and numbers are limited.

The course is suitable for beginners and those wishing to refresh their practice. It provides a gateway to exploring mindfulness and meditation further through the longer 8-week course and longer retreats.

Over the 5 sessions we will cover

  • What is mindfulness
  • Breath and body
  • How to work with thoughts and emotions with mindfulness
  • Stillness, resilience and clarity
  • Compassion for self and others

You will receive a course handbook and access to recorded meditations for home practice between sessions.  You will also have access to a private Facebook group dedicated to this course and free email support and updates.

Time in nature to heal and restore

As part of the course we will also spend time exploring the wonderful surrounding nature at Whistlewood Common.  We will use the skills we have started to build in mindfulness and meditation and take them outside into the surrounding nature, opening all your senses and taking in the restorative and rejuvenating effects of being in nature.

After the course

To further support your ongoing practice, you will have access to

  • Practice Evening – One practice evening at Whistlewood common per month, run on a donation basis (all donations go to Whistlewood common)
  • Email support and updates from Roger.
  • Notice of any upcoming workshops and events at Whistlewood common and The MindShed.
  • Discounts on 1-2-1 coaching sessions with Roger, either online through zoom webinar or face to face at Whistlewood Common

(Please note it is not advisable to attend this course if you are currently experiencing acute emotional distress such as severe depression, or Post traumatic stress disorder. An Introduction to Mindfulness Day Retreat £40 (concessionary rates available)

Join us for this Day retreat, exploring and celebrating life through Mindfulness and meditation.
