All the packages come with a free 30 minute get to know each other call/meeting. I can meet face to face in the Midlands area circa 20 miles from Derby or we can connect online through Zoom online meeting system.

An exploration and celebration of life – mindfulness and meditation, an introduction. 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. Location: Whistlewood Common

About an Exploration and Celebration of Life

Join us for this one day, event to explore the beautiful art of mindfulness and meditation and how to bring this into your life. During the day we will learn the foundations of an effective mindfulness practice and cut to the core of what it means to live a mindful life. We will explore areas such as

• The foundations – What is mindfulness and developing your “why” of practice
• Connecting body and mind
• Cultivating inner stillness and calm
• Strength and Resilience – How we relate to our emotions
• Seeing the world through our senses
• Kindness and compassion.
• What next – How to sustain and build a regular practice.

This is an experiential day, there will be guided meditations throughout day, time for enquiry and reflection and pauses to take in the wonderful surroundings at Whistlewood Common. The day is ideal for beginners and those wishing to refresh their practice. Includes refreshments and home made lunch. A day to reconnect and recharge.
