A little bit about me
My name is Nicola and I am a BACP registered counsellor.
I am based in South Manchester and I've been helping people to overcome their mental health challenges for over 25 years.
I offer a confidential counselling service in a safe and professional setting close to Sale, South Manchester.
Taking that first step
Asking for help can be the hardest thing you do but it is a brave step towards healing and discovering yourself.
I'm here to help you understand and work through the challenges you have and empower you to grow and develop and most importantly to heal.
Over the last 20 years I have worked with parents, teenagers and children in schools and nurseries, with a focus on childhood trauma and child development.
Additionally, I've spent 5 years training in Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy as well as 'EFT' - Emotional Freedom Technique, which has given me a deep understanding of mental health challenges that people face and different approaches to therapy. Now I want to make a difference to people’s lives.
